What services does Nova Ventrix offer?
Nova Ventrix offers professional digital services including business setup and launch, digital marketing and advertising, website design and development, and ongoing monthly management. We serve small businesses, startups, independent contractors, and established organizations across the United States.
Do you work with businesses outside of the United States?
Currently, we focus on serving businesses within the United States. If you’re based outside the US and interested in working with us, feel free to reach out and we’ll let you know what options may be available.

Pricing & Contracts
How much do your services cost?
Our business launch packages are Startup Essentials at $499 and Complete Business Launch at $999. Business Digital Revamp starts from $699, and monthly management plans start from $49/month. Individual website projects and advertising management are quoted after an assessment, and any advertising budget is paid separately. All final pricing is confirmed before any work begins.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. You’ll know exactly what you’re paying for before we start. There are no setup fees, surprise charges, or automatic renewals without your approval. Third-party costs such as domains, subscriptions, or ad spend are identified in your quote.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts are required. You can start with the services you need and adjust or cancel as your business evolves. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime before your next renewal date to stop future charges; service continues through the billing period you have already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. For one-time packages, you receive a full refund if you cancel before substantive work begins. After work begins, we refund the amount paid minus the reasonable value of work already completed and any nonrefundable third-party expenses you authorized in advance.
For monthly plans, if you cancel a renewal before any services for the new billing period begin, you receive a full refund of that renewal, less any nonrefundable expenses you authorized. Once services for a period have begun, refund requests are reviewed against documented work and whether the agreed services were delivered.

Ownership & Access
Who owns the accounts and content you create?
Domains, business accounts, and profiles we set up are created in your name, and the agreed deliverables we produce for you are yours. Third-party themes, fonts, stock assets, apps, and software remain subject to their own licenses and subscriptions, which we identify before work begins. We will never hold your accounts hostage or require continued payment to keep access to them.
What if I already have an existing website or profile?
No problem. We can work with your existing assets, improve what’s already in place, and build on top of what you have. Our process starts with a review of your current setup before recommending any changes.
Process & Timelines
How long does setup take?
Timelines vary by service and scope. We confirm the expected timeline in your quote before work begins and keep you updated as the project progresses.
Will I be able to review work before it goes live?
Yes. We present work for your review and approval before publishing or making anything live. You remain in control throughout the process.
Platform & Affiliations
Are you affiliated with Google, Meta, or other platforms?
No. Nova Ventrix is an independent digital services provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with Google, Meta, or any other platform. All platform names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
