Cancellation policy

Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date to stop future charges; service continues through the billing period you have already paid for. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.

To cancel, email contact@novaventrix.com with your order number. Refunds for renewals are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
