Google Business Profile Pricing

• Profile Setup or Refresh — $300 per location (one-time). We set up a new profile or bring an existing one up to date, then hand it over with access instructions.
• Profile Management — $50/month per location. Ongoing management of your Google Business Profile only. It does not include website work. The monthly tasks are confirmed in writing before billing begins.
• Website + Google Management — $149/month. Combines website maintenance with ongoing profile management, business information accuracy checks, and review monitoring with response assistance.

Broader local visibility support is available in our Digital Growth and Complete Digital Marketing plans. Monthly management is optional and is only billed after you approve it in writing.

What We Need From You

• Accurate business name, address or service area, phone number, hours, and services
• Access to your existing profile, if you have one, shared through Google’s manager permissions rather than your password
• Photos you own or have permission to use
• Your participation in any verification steps Google requires, such as a phone call, video, or mailed code

Important to Know

• Google Business Profile is provided by Google at no cost. Our fees are for our setup and management services only, and they are itemized on your invoice.
• Your profile stays in your name. You remain an owner, and we are added as a manager.
• Verification, eligibility, profile suspensions, and how Google displays your listing are decided by Google, not by Nova Ventrix.
• We do not guarantee map rankings, review volume, calls, or sales. Results depend on your business, location, competition, and Google’s systems.
• We never create fake reviews or misrepresent your business location.
